As e-learning becomes increasingly common, schools are actively adopting technology to create digital teaching environments. However, the maintenance and regular updates required for IT systems often increase the administrative workload for teachers, distracting them from their core teaching duties. Johnny Luk, Speedy Group\u2019s another Director, observed that teachers often have to juggle teaching and administrative duties. He hopes CloudOps can reduce the time schools spend managing IT and administrative tasks, allowing teachers to better support students with diverse learning needs.
He added that CloudOps is located in DT Hub due to its internationally advanced infrastructure, such as dual power supply points for reliability and dedicated telecom conduits offering robust data transmission to support operations.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The global surge in artificial intelligence (AI) has prompted Speedy Group to continuously innovate, develop, and apply emerging technologies such as AI and big data\u2014opening up new business opportunities. Kelvin added that the Group is integrating AI and big data to help clients enhance network security, shorten the time needed to detect network and hardware issues, and deliver precise solutions.
Speedy Group is also developing an AI-powered administrative system to support educational tasks such as creating teaching materials, generating exam questions, and sending announcements.
As Speedy Group celebrates its 20th anniversary, it has built strong, long-term partnerships with clients. In recent years, the company has further expanded its business footprint, now providing IT support services to over 10,000 SMEs and public sector organizations.
